| I am searching for a home in Watonga who will owner carry. I have no proof of income as I am coming out of a 4 year disability. I recently started a business that makes a profit, but no tax returns for previous yrs. An owner finance or rent to own is my only option. Another option would be very cheap rent in exchange for renovating the home and updating it. I an a professional, hard working man (a jack of all trades). I would like to establish myself in Watonga and open an electronics repair shop and sell used computers/tv's/cell phones etc. My wife has a sister in Watonga that she would like to be closer to. The condition of the home is not important as long as it is not condemned. Ideally, I would like to forego a large down payment or suspend a few months in the beginning to get the place up to par in exchange for larger monthly payments once my business is open. Any help will be greatly appreciated. It would make my wife very happy to be closer to her only remaining sister (Levy McKinsey). At least 1 bedroom, although a 2 bedroom with garage is ideal.
