Building, cleaning and catering fees, tables, chairs, etc, (NOT included).  Time limit on food line is dependent on size of group.  An additional charge is required if location is not ground level or an elevator is not provided.

Some Buildings charge a Catering Fee and or a clean-up fee which is NOT included in prices quoted.  These charges will be added to the pricing quoted.

Minimum Guarantee required.  All menus have a minimum number guarantee, and are 100% guaranteed.  The minimum is contingent upon where the catered event is.

Round disposable table covering is an additional charge.  You must provide 5 - 8 ft. tables per buffet line and drinking water.

Dishes available for additional cost per person to buffet pricing.

Food is calculated on the average consumer consumption.  We reserve the right to refuse delivery during adverse weather conditions.

Cancellations of banquet must be a minimum of 1 month in advance.  Except March, April, May, November & December - 3 months advance to cancel.
