Bobby Dale Cross was born January 8, 1954 in Ada, OK to Elmo & Mary Lou (Walston) Cross.  He passed away instantly of a massive heart attack, Wednesday, November 16, 2005 at his home in Hinton, OK, at the age of 51.  Bobby graduated from Alvin High School in 1972 in Alvin, TX.  He was united in marriage to Darla Meyer on September 14, 1974 at Alvin, TX.  Bob worked for Chicago Bridge and Iron for 6 years.  He moved to Hinton, OK in 1980 and owned and operated Bob’s Custom Welding until May of 2002.  Bob and Darla currently owned and operated B & D Pawn Shop in El Reno, OK.  He enjoyed fishing and going to and having garage sales.  He attended the Baptist Church.

            His wife, Darla Cross of the home, Hinton, OK, two children, Lori Eaton & husband James, of Calumet, OK, Brian Cross, of Hinton, OK, two grandchildren, Megan Eaton & Kameron King; father and step-mother, Elmo & Loyce Cross of Allen, OK, two brothers, Randall Lee Cross & his wife, Dianne of Allen, OK, Glendale Lynn Cross & his wife, Ramona, Atwood, OK, one step-sister, Wilda Anderson & her husband, Craig of Henryetta, TX.

Bobby was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lou Cross and infant daughter, Amy Marie Cross.
