Charles Estep
 
Charles Estep was born June 19, 1921 to Ewin Henderson and Clydia (Pixler) Estep in Cement, Oklahoma.  He passed away Monday, February 13, 2006 at the Watonga Hospital in Watonga, OK at the age of 84.  Charles attended Geary Schools and spent time working in the CCC Camp.  He was united in marriage to Mildred R. Stephens March 22, 1941 in Hinton, OK, and she preceded him in death February 18, 2003 in Oklahoma City, OK.  After marrying, Charles and Mildred spent some time in Arizona.  They came back to Oklahoma where he drove a truck for Safeway.

They returned to the Calumet/Geary area in the 1940's began farming and later had a dairy operation for many years.  During these years, he worked for many different companies in various jobs.  He was a member of the Geary School Board during the 1960's, the First Baptist Church in Geary, and was a member and past worshipful Master of the Geary Masonic Lodge.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ewin and Clydia Estep, wife Mildred Estep, son, John Estep, and two brothers, Otis and Vernon Estep.

Survivors include: one son, Larry Estep and his wife Sandy of Watonga, OK;
     one daughter-in-law, Sandra L. Estep of Piedmont, OK;
     six grandchildren, Cindy Tomotaki and her husband Luis of Allen, TX, Joe Estep and his wife Rhonda of Tulsa, OK, Deana Neibert and her husband Lee of Oklahoma City, OK, Mark Estep and his wife Tami of Blackwell, OK, J.C. Estep and his wife Amy of Chickasha, OK, and Traci MacKinnon and her husband Jason of Yukon, OK;
     great-grandchildren, Anna, Sophia, and Leah Tomotaki, Tucker and Mason Estep, Carson MacKinnon and expectant great-granddaughter, Avery Estep;
     three brothers, Elmer and Delmer Estep both of Lindsay, OK, Lloyd Estep of Watonga, OK.

Burial: El Reno Cemetery, El Reno, OK under the direction of the Turner Funeral Home, Geary, OK.
