Dalton Cole Dorsey

Dalton Cole Dorsey was born January 15, 1991 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to James Neill & Michelle (Shepherd) Dorsey.  He passed away Friday, April 7, 2006 on the family farm north of Lookeba, Oklahoma, at the age of 15.  Dalton attended Hinton Schools and was presently in the 8th grade at Lookeba –Sickles School, where he was Student Council Representative, and involved in FFA, where he enjoyed Livestock Judging and Showing.  He loved riding dirt bikes, snow boarding, basketball, hanging out with friends, going with Cody Elkins and his family to watch Cody perform freestyle motor cross, riding 4-wheelers, and skate boarding.  Dalton was in the Kids Gig with the Billy Graham Crusade in June of 2003, in Oklahoma City, OK and was one of 70 to ever participate in the United States.  He accepted Jesus Christ as His personal Savior and was baptized at the St. John’s Lutheran Church.  He was very active in the First Baptist Church Youth, and had attended Falls Creek since the age 12.

Dalton was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Doren Shepherd; Great-grandparents, Marvin Riekenberg, Alfred and Juanita Dorsey, L.E. and Ocie Mckee, and Arthur & Olga Shepherd; Great Uncle, Billy Joe Shepherd.
