Donald Joe Hites was born December 2, 1932 in Ada, Oklahoma to William and Bertha (Boone) Hites.  He passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2006 at the Oklahoma Veteran’s Center in Clinton, OK at the age of 73.  Joe was a longtime Geary resident.  He had previously lived in Hydro and Moore, OK.  He was a Lutheran, and served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. 

 

He was preceded in death by his parents. 

 

SURVIVORS INCLUDE:

One daughter, and two sons; several grandchildren, and a host of friends including, Ted Estep of Geary, OK, Suzie Canada of Calumet, OK, Max Miller of Geary, OK, and Kenny Matthews of Geary, OK.
