Flossie Edna Boon was born January 23, 1914 in Dewey County, Oklahoma to William Henry and Oley Lenora Luton Hightower and pased away Thursday, December 1, 2005 at the age of 91.

She was a resident of the Watonga community her entire life where she was a homemaker.  Flossie worked for many years at the Jesus Closet and as a baby sitter caring for children.  She was a member of the Nazarene Church in Watonga.  She enjoyed quilting and needle work.

She was married to Adell Boon on November 7, 1932 at Watonga, Oklahoma.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, three sisters and her husband, Adell.

She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Flossie Boon will be held Monday, December 5, 2005 at 2:00 pm at the Nazarene Church in Watonga with Rev. Randy Weaver officiating.  Burial will follow in the West Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Watonga.  Arrangements by Wilkinson Mortuary of Watonga.
