Juanita Davis was born March 9, 1926 at Moore, Oklahoma to Edmund and Althea Thompson and passed away Friday, May 26, 2006 at the age of 80.

She was a resident of the Watonga community for most of her life where she was a homemaker.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Watonga.

She was married to Cecil Davis at Watonga, Oklahoma on March  31, 1964.

She was preceded in death by her father, mother, two sisters and one brother.

She is survived by:
    her husband Cecil of the home in Watonga.
    one son, Bob Davis of Channing, Texas
    two daughters, Donna Patterson of Del City, Oklahoma; Beverly Ketchum of Ulysses, Kansas
    two brothers, Edmund Thompson of Oklahoma city, OK; Ray Thompson of Georgetown, Texas
    two sisters, Ruth Self of Watonga; Alma Park of Chickasha, Oklahoma
    five grandchildren, Paul, Julie, Ali, Donna and Chase
    five great grandchildren, Jordan, Cooper, Taylor, Brett and Tanner as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Juanita Davis will be held Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at 11:00 am at the First Baptist Church in Watonga with Kern McMinn officiating.  Burial will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Watonga with Wilkinson Mortuary of Watonga in charge of arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Watonga Hospital.
