Madie Hiser McKee

Madie Hiser McKee was born August 6, 1909 to James B. and Alice M. (Tilley) Hiser in Marlow, Oklahoma.  She passed away Friday, February 17, 2006 at her daughter’s home in Newalla, Oklahoma at the age of 96.  Madie was united in marriage to George A. McKee April 17, 1929 in El Reno, OK, and he preceded her in death August 29, 1976 in Oklahoma City, OK.  Madie lived in the Lookeba-Hinton area until moving to Wichita, Kansas in 1953 and onto Oklahoma City in 1972.  She was a seamstress for 35 years.  Madie was a former member of the Lookeba Baptist Church, and a current member of the Southwood Baptist Church in Oklahoma City, OK.   

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one-granddaughter, Ginger Morgan, and siblings.

 

SURVIVORS INCLUDE:

Two daughters, Doris Burdick of Mustang, OK, and Guyetta Cluck of Newalla, OK; six grandchildren, Debra Davis and her husband Jim of Choctaw, OK, Sheree Avila and her husband Mike of Yukon, OK, Jay Davis and his wife Louise of Moore, OK, Guy Nix and his wife Vickie, Michael and Patrick Nix, all of Oklahoma City, OK; 14-great-grandchildren; and 15-great-great grandchildren.
