Patricia E. (Bilyeu) Arthurs was born December 13, 1946 in Anadarko, Oklahoma to Jim and Winnie (Payne) Bilyeu.  She passed away Monday, January 23, 2006, in Binger, Oklahoma at the age of 59.  Patricia lived in the Binger area most of her life.  She owned and operated a restaurant and thrift store in Binger, Ok.  Patricia attended the Church of God in Binger.

Survivors Include: Three children , Ricky Joe Farrow and his wife, Sedra, of Gracemont, OK; Kenneth Farrow of Binger, OK; Trisha Phillips of Norman, OK; and one stepson, Darvin Farrow of Gage, OK., nine Grandchildren; two brothers, Jerry Bilyeu of Tuttle, OK, and Roy Bilyeu of Anadarko, OK; five sisters, Carolyn Craddock and husband, Paul, of Napolean, OH, Reba Martin of Tuttle, OK, Teresa Melton and husband, Kenny, of Indianola, OK, Frieda Vasquez and husband, Adam, of Tucumcari, NM, and Lisa DeVaughan and husband ,Quinton, of Anadarko, OK.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents Jim and Winnie Bilyeu, and one daughter, Donna Gayle Farrow.
