Rosa Lee Cook was born September 25, 1946 at Thomas, Oklahoma to Leo and Gladys Taylor Scott and passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at the age of 59.

She was a resident of th Watonga community her whole life.  Rosa worked for Hollytex for 1 years.  She worked for Diamond Back Corrections Facility as a dietician until 1000.

She graduated from Greenfield High School and enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.

She was married to Frank Cook at her parent's hopme place in Fay, Oklahoma on January 17, 1965.

She was preceded in death by her father, one sister, and one grandson.

She is survived by Frank Cook of the home in Watonga
    one son, Scott Cook and wife Carla of Watonga
    two brothers, Leo T. Scott Jr. of El Reno, OK and Jim Scott of Thomas, OK
    three sisters, Janie Grout of Oklahoma City, Grace Creps of Watonga and Colleen Wickware of Watonga
    mother, Gladys Currell of Thomas, Oklahoma
    three grandchildren, Brandon, Dustun and Matthew as well as numerous other relatives and friends

Graveside service for Rosa Cook will held Saturday, May 6th at 11:00 am at East Mr. Pleasant Cemetery east of Watonga with pastor Don Robinson officiating.  Arrangements by Wilkinson Mortuary of Watonga.

Memorials may be made through Wilkinson Mortuary to the American Diabetes Association.
