Carol Lynn "Sug" Foley
Carol Lynn "Sug" Foley was born October 3, 1947 at Canton, Oklahoma to Hod and Bertha Boston Bates and passed away Thursday, December 15, 2005 at the age of 58.

Sug was a resident of the Watonga community her whole life.  She started working at the Blaine County court house in 1970 and retired as the Blaine County Treasurer in 1998.  Since her retirement Sug spent her time working on the farm and taking care of her cattle.  She enjoyed spending time with her grandson's and attending their sporting events.

Sug graduated from Watonga High School and was a member of the Watonga Christian Church.  She was a volunteer for the Watonga Hospital Auxiliary and the Watonga Election Board.

She married Tim Foley at the Watonga Christian Church on August 14, 1965 in Watonga

She is preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Joyce Young; one brother, Roderick Bates and one infant daughter, Janet Lynn.

She is survived her her husband Tim Foley of the home in Watonga, Oklahoma.
three sons, Ryan Foley and wife Kathie of Ft. Worth, Texas
                    Stacy Foley and wife Lisa of Arapaho, Oklahoma
                    Tracy Foley and wife Ronna of Kingfisher, Oklahoma

seven grandsons, Zach, Josh, Justin, Nicholas, Brayden, T.K. and Chase, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Sug will be held Monday, December 19, 2005 at 11:00 am at the Christian church in Watonga with Rev. David Johnson officiating.  Burial will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Watonga with Wilkinson Mortuary of Watonga in charge of arrangements.
